Two of my favorite questions from people who see my work are, "This is a photograph?" or "This is a real place?"
Through digital manipulation, I am able to bring out the true essence
of my subjects and inspire the viewer to see nature in a more profound
way. Some of my images have more editing than others but I am more
likely to remove something that I feel is a distraction to the image
than I am to add something that wasn't there to begin with.
In short, my goal is to reach in deep and pull out what was always there... we just needed to take the time to stop and look...

For the past eight years I have lived life as a professional animal communicator,
however over the past year my interests have moved towards photography, which has been a passion of mine ever since
childhood.
My
father was a serious photography hobbyist so there was always a camera
or two lying around our house. I even managed to acquire my own little
box camera at a very early age.
As a teenager, I was gifted a 35mm camera by my father and it was then that I truly realized my love of photography. I would wander about taking pictures of anyone who would let me, including the family dog who would politely pose and wait while I ‘adjusted the light’ in the make-shift studio I had created in my bedroom.
These days, my favorite subjects are still animals and nature, only now I can consciously communicate with them, and have incorporated that ability into my art.
